Terms of purchase

General
These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made via babygo.se, operated by VS-ecom AB (company registration no. 559592-2708). By completing a purchase, you accept these terms and conditions.

Prices
All prices on the website are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK), including VAT. We reserve the right to make price changes and correct printing errors, and to sell out of products.

Orders and payment
When you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. The agreement becomes binding only once we have confirmed your order. We offer payment via Klarna, card payment, and other payment methods displayed at checkout.

Delivery
We deliver throughout the Nordic region. The expected delivery time is 1–4 business days within Sweden. Free shipping applies to orders over SEK 499. For orders under SEK 499, a shipping fee of SEK 59 will be added. An additional shipping fee may apply for deliveries outside Sweden.

Right of withdrawal
Under the Distance Contracts Act, you as a consumer have the right to withdraw within 14 days of receiving your item. The item must be returned in the same condition as when you received it — unused, with the labels attached, and in its original packaging. Contact us at info@babygo.se to initiate a return.

Returns and refunds
The customer is responsible for the return cost. Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If the return is approved, the amount will be refunded to the same payment method used for the purchase, usually within 10–14 business days.

Complaints
Under the Consumer Sales Act, you have the right to file a complaint about an item within 3 years if it is faulty or defective. Contact us at info@babygo.se with a description of the fault and a photo, and we will assist you.
